Voyage Optimization uses weather routing and advanced big data algorithms to offer users three business options. The first option enables you to maximize TCE or reduce outgoing hire and bunker cost. The second option reduces CO₂ emissions and bunker consumption, and finally a combination of both of the above named the Hybrid option.

Hull Performance

The Hull Performance app generates a digital clone of your vessel to incorporate a functional digital model of the ship that continuously assesses its performance over voyages. The module measures hull performance regarding speed percentage loss, excess power consumed and excess fuel oil consumption.

Charter Party Dashboard 

With the Charter Party Dashboard, you get a detailed view on commercial performance and advice on optimization or charter party compliance. The dashboard provides a traffic light-based performance evaluation tool for speed and fuel consumption against charter party terms while monitoring the change in wave, wind, and current at three hourly intervals. This means you can stay informed about your commercial progress throughout any voyage.

Emissions App

The SMARTVoyager Emissions App monitors the carbon emissions of each vessel in relation to the Energy Efficiency Operational Indicator as developed by the IMO. The EEOI is the total carbon emissions in a given time period per unit of revenue tonne-miles. Users get access to automatic EEOI/CII ratings dashboard with benchmarking and insights on voyage speed.
